The Candy Shorts price comes down to two things: a Premium plan, and the tokens that unlock later episodes. Everything below comes from Candy's own subscriptions page and series listings, so you can plan a budget before you spend anything.
Here is the short version. Episode 1 of a public series plays with no sign-up. Episode 2 is free with a free account. After that you pay in tokens, and Premium comes with 100 of them every month. If you only want to know whether it suits you, the free route is explained on our Is it free? page.
Candy sells Premium on three billing cycles. This is how much Candy Shorts costs if you subscribe:
| Plan | What you pay | Per month |
|---|---|---|
| Monthly | $9.99 for the first month, then $13.99 | $13.99 after month one |
| 3 months | $26.97 every 3 months | $8.99 |
| 12 months | $47.88 a year | $3.99 |
Premium includes 100 tokens a month. That allowance is the part that matters for Shorts, because tokens are what open the later episodes of a series.
The Candy Shorts subscription is cheapest per month on the yearly plan: $3.99 against $13.99 on the monthly plan once the first month is over. The monthly plan has the lowest entry price, though, since $9.99 is far less up front than $26.97 or $47.88. Pick the one that matches how sure you are that you will keep watching.
Monthly suits a trial run. You pay $9.99 for the first month, see whether the series hold your attention, and cancel in settings if they do not. Three months at $26.97 ($8.99 a month) fits someone who has already watched the free episodes and wants to finish a couple of series at a lower monthly rate than the monthly plan. Twelve months at $47.88 only makes sense if you already know you will keep coming back, because you pay the whole $47.88 at once.
The Candy Shorts cost per episode depends on the series, and Candy sets it. Here is how it works:
Every series page on LegitReel lists the exact token price for each episode, so you never have to guess. The token price belongs to the series, so it is worth comparing before you start rather than after.
Open any series on LegitReel and look at the episode list, which shows what each episode costs in tokens. Multiply the paid episodes by that number and you have the full price of the series. Candy does not publish runtimes or episode-by-episode plots, so the token price and the synopsis are the two things you can check ahead of time.
This is the number most people actually want. Because the first two episodes of a public series cost nothing, you only pay for episodes 3 onward. A few worked examples:
In short, a short public series costs very little once you are subscribed, while a long one is a real spend. Before you commit tokens to a long run, our Candy Shorts review explains what the format delivers and what kind of viewer it suits.
The 100 tokens that come with Premium each month cover a 36-token series comfortably, and a 90-token series just fits. Both together come to more than 100, so they belong in different months. A long run like YES MA'AM, at 336 tokens, is better treated as a multi-month project than a weekend binge. If you are unsure, pick one short series, finish it, and then decide whether to keep going.

Candy is run by EverAI Limited, a company based in Malta. Charges show on your statement as “EverAI”, so that is the name to look for if a payment ever puzzles you.
Premium plans renew automatically, and Candy says you can cancel any time in settings. That makes one habit worth having: after you subscribe, set a calendar reminder a few days before the renewal date. The $9.99 monthly price also covers the first month only; from the second month it is $13.99.

The cheapest way to watch is to let the free episodes do the selling. A sensible order looks like this:
So, is Candy Shorts worth it? For a short public series, yes if the first two episodes hook you: 36 tokens sits well inside the 100 Premium includes each month. For a long series or a members-only one, count the tokens first and decide with the numbers above.
One warning on how to save money. Sites that promise a token generator, free Premium or a full series for nothing are not shortcuts. Tokens come from Candy and nowhere else, and the pages that say otherwise are fake or scams. Our Leaked? page explains why, and How to watch walks you through the legitimate route step by step.

Watching starts at nothing: Episode 1 plays with no sign-up and Episode 2 needs only a free account. After that, episodes cost tokens. Premium is $9.99 for the first month, then $13.99 a month, or $26.97 for three months, or $47.88 for twelve months. Every plan includes 100 tokens a month.
On public series, Episodes 1 and 2 cost nothing and later episodes cost 12 or 30 tokens each, depending on the series. On members-only series, Episodes 1 and 2 cost 0 tokens but need Premium, and later episodes cost 30 or 50 tokens each. The exact price is shown on every series page.
Premium includes 100 tokens a month and unlocks the first two episodes of members-only series, which cost 0 tokens for subscribers. Candy lists three plans by billing length: monthly, every three months, or yearly. Tokens are still how you pay for later episodes, so check each series page for its price.
Candy says you can cancel any time in settings. Plans renew automatically, so cancel before the renewal date if you do not want another charge. Refund rules are Candy's to set, and we cannot promise any, so read the terms on its subscriptions page before you pay.
Candy is run by EverAI Limited, a company based in Malta, and its charges show as “EverAI” on your statement. If you subscribed to Candy Premium, that is the line to look for. A site that claims to offer Candy Shorts and asks for card details under another name is not Candy.
Test it before you pay. Episode 1 plays with no sign-up and Episode 2 needs a free account, which is enough to judge the writing and the look. If you stay, a five-episode series at 12 tokens an episode costs 36 tokens to finish, well inside the 100 tokens Premium includes each month.
