Mia Malkova Is My Girlfriend's Step-Mom: Story and Episode Costs

What is Mia Malkova Is My Girlfriend's Step-Mom about?

Mia Malkova Is My Girlfriend's Step-Mom is a five-episode series on Candy Shorts, Candy's short adult AI series, featuring a licensed AI likeness of Mia Malkova. Candy's synopsis: meeting his girlfriend's family on Halloween weekend, a nervous boyfriend becomes the target of her stepmom, Mia Malkova, who rigs every party game so he's always her partner.

You can feel that pitch in one read. Meeting a girlfriend's family is stressful enough. Add a costume party, a stepmom who decides who partners with whom, and a girlfriend who belongs to the same family, and the nerves have nowhere to hide. It is a story about being chosen by the wrong person at exactly the wrong moment.

On paper, a rigged party game is a neat engine for a short series. It keeps putting the same two people side by side, and the reason is always the same quiet scheming from the same person. The boyfriend never gets to choose his partner, and the room is full of people who might notice. That is a lot of suspense for a premise you can say in a sentence.

All characters are adults, and "step" here means related by marriage only. Candy doesn't publish plots for later episodes, so the synopsis is where we stop. We would rather say that than guess.

Is Mia Malkova Is My Girlfriend's Step-Mom legit, and where can you watch it?

Yes. It is an official Candy Shorts series and Candy is the only place that carries it. If you're looking for the full episodes for free, the legal way in is short: Episode 1 plays with no sign-up, Episode 2 unlocks with a free account, and Episodes 3 to 5 cost tokens.

Clips and "full episode" posts on other sites are re-uploads that are partial, mislabeled or built to get a click, and some are scams. If a site asks you to install something, share your Candy login or pay a stranger, close it and go back to Candy. Our guide on how to watch Candy Shorts shows the official route step by step.

Which episodes are free, and is Episode 3 worth 30 tokens?

The series has 5 episodes. Episode 1 plays with no sign-up at all. Episode 2 is free once you create a free Candy account. Mia Malkova Is My Girlfriend's Step-Mom Episode 3 costs 30 tokens, and so do Episodes 4 and 5, so seeing the whole story takes 90 tokens. The cost of each episode is listed in the episode list on this page.

Is it worth it? Two episodes are enough to learn whether the party-game premise and the tone work for you, and you pay nothing to find out. If they do, 90 tokens is a fixed, known price for the rest. Candy's Premium plan includes 100 tokens a month, which covers that amount; it starts at $9.99 for the first month, then $13.99, and renews automatically, with cancellation in settings. Our Candy Shorts price guide lays out the longer plans, and the guide to what is free on Candy Shorts covers everything you can watch without paying.

Subtitles are available in 7 languages, which helps when you want to follow the banter without turning the volume up.

What does Episode 1 look like?

We checked three frames from Episode 1. It is shot vertically, for a phone screen, with a glossy cinematic grade, and the whole thing is built around a costume party.

• One frame shows a crowded house party hung with string lights, a warm amber glow and guests in Halloween costumes, including devil horns and a pirate-style shirt.
• Another is a close two-shot in the same lit hallway, with a shallow depth of field that blurs the party behind.
• A third is a dim, softly blurred interior with a cat-ears costume and the glow of a lamp in the background.

The takeaway: fairy lights, costumes and warm color keep the look consistent from frame to frame, and the party setting feels like a real house rather than a set. Our visuals score, in the box above, reflects that.

That polish matters when a series asks for tokens. Episode 1 is the best indication of the production standard you can get before spending anything, and you can judge it before you decide whether Episode 3 is worth 30 tokens to you.

Who is Mia Malkova on Candy Shorts?

The Mia Malkova on screen is a licensed AI likeness of Mia Malkova, which Candy calls a digital twin. She licensed her likeness to Candy; she did not film these scenes. Her name is on a second public series as well, My Stepmom Mia Malkova Needs a Date, which makes a natural next watch once you've finished this one.

Who will enjoy it, and what should you watch next?

If you prefer playful, costume-party flirtation over slow, brooding drama, this one is a good match. The tension comes from a rigged game and a family weekend where everyone is close enough to notice. Our heat score sits in the box above. It also suits a short evening: five episodes is a small commitment, and the first two cost nothing in tokens.
