My Ex's Hot Dad on Candy Shorts: Is It Legit, and What Does It Cost?

What is My Ex's Hot Dad about?

My Ex's Hot Dad is a five-episode series on Candy AI Shorts, built on a revenge plot. Candy's synopsis reads: dumped for another woman, Sienna takes her revenge by seducing her ex's irresistible silver-fox dad. As their forbidden affair explodes into an all-out family war, nobody's secrets stay buried for long.

All characters are adults, and the people involved are connected through the ex, not by blood. The hook is a plan with consequences: revenge is easy to start and hard to control. The synopsis promises a family war and says nobody's secrets stay buried for long, so the tension is about exposure as much as attraction. Candy doesn't publish plot notes for individual episodes, so we can describe the setup and the stakes, not the turns.

The appeal sits in the reversal. Sienna starts as the person who was dumped, and the synopsis turns her into the one with the plan. Revenge stories work because the reader wants to see whether the plan survives contact with reality, and a five-episode run gives it enough room to try. If you came to Candy for a premise with a point of view, rather than a single scene, this one has it.

Is it legit, and where can you watch it?

Yes, it is a real Candy release, and Candy is the only legitimate place to see it. The Shorts section of candy.ai is run by EverAI Limited (Malta), and charges appear as "EverAI". Clips and "full episodes" posts elsewhere are partial, fake or scams.

The official route is also the free route for the first two episodes. If you're new to Candy, our how to watch Candy Shorts guide shows you the player and the account step. Candy doesn't publish a cast list for this series, so there is no named cast to look up.

Which My Ex's Hot Dad episodes are free?

Episode 1 plays with no sign-up: open the series on Candy and press play. Episode 2 is free once you create a free account. That is two of the five episodes before you spend anything.

If you searched for My Ex's Hot Dad free episodes or the full run, the honest answer is that Episodes 3, 4 and 5 are paid. My Ex's Hot Dad Episode 3 costs 12 tokens, and the next two cost 12 tokens each. There is no free route to the full series. Our Is it free? page shows where the free line sits for every Candy Short.

Is it worth 36 tokens?

Finishing the series costs 36 tokens: three paid episodes at 12 tokens each. Premium includes 100 tokens a month, so the paid half fits comfortably inside one month's allowance. Candy's listed plans are $9.99 for the first month and then $13.99 a month, $26.97 for three months ($8.99 a month), or $47.88 for a year ($3.99 a month). Plans renew automatically, and Candy says you can cancel any time in settings.

Our view: it's an easy gamble. Watch Episodes 1 and 2 first; if you want to see whose secrets come out, 36 tokens is a modest price. More detail is on our Candy Shorts price page, and per-episode costs are in the episode list.

How does Episode 1 look?

Think glossy and photoreal, not cartoon animation. The frames are AI-generated, in vertical phone format, with a bright, high-end lifestyle grade.

The setting is a modern single-story villa with a swimming pool. One frame shows a sunlit stone patio with a cushioned wooden lounger, a rolled towel, tall potted palms and sliding glass doors, under a clear blue sky with a sun flare across the roofline. Another moves indoors to an open kitchen with pale wood cabinets, a white island, woven pendant lamps and a cardboard box on the counter, with the pool visible through the glass beyond. Daylight floods both sets.

It is warm, clean and very consistent, the look of a vacation rental or a showpiece home. That polish suits a story about appearances and secrets, where a perfect setting hides a messy situation. Nothing in the frames looks rushed: the shots are steady, the colors match from the patio to the kitchen and the sets read as one believable property.

Who will enjoy it?

This one is for viewers who like a revenge story with a ticking clock: a plan that works too well, a secret that won't stay buried and a family about to find out. The tone is glossy and dramatic rather than dark. Candy hasn't given it the Spicy label, so expect the scheme and the fallout to carry the heat. Subtitles are available in 6 languages.
